Our management team realized early on the importance of work life balance and is proud that over 20 years ago, it made the balancing of life roles a cornerstone of Woodcock & Associates.  Our new offices present a state of the art work environment.  Although we feel that client contact is a must, today’s technology allows remote access to our client base and the ability to work from home. We celebrate our employees throughout the year sharing the joys of life as well as professional accomplishments.

Our total compensation package includes competitive salary, performance bonuses, a retirement contribution, continuing professional education, work/life balance, health and wellness benefits and a kitchen stocked with healthy snacks. All of our positions are open to part time and full time candidates.


Our New Offices

In early 2017 we moved from Fredericksburg’s historic district into a modern office suite designed just for us. The layout of the space was designed to anticipate growth and provide amenities for employees. Wide hallways and gathering areas serve as impromptu meeting spaces that foster a collaborative working culture. State of the art technology promotes efficiencies and our vision of teamwork. This space represents our philosophy of collaboration and teamwork with decor curated to inspire confidence and trust for clients as well as employees.
